  • A one-time or periodic gift in any amount A one-time gift is a great way to honor or memorialize a loved one.
  • Recurring gift by credit or debit card. $25 minimum per billing, and you choose monthly or quarterly. To set up this option, please call Dennis at Akron Community Foundation at 330-376-8522.
  • A simple bequest written into your will The savings in state and federal death taxes resulting from a gift of this type can be dramatic.
  • A lifetime gift Most lifetime gifts are made with cash or marketable securities. Cash gifts can be fully deducted for federal income tax purposes up to 50 percent of your adjusted gross income.
  • Giving in a challenging economy. The needs of our community continue, so your new gifts are more important than ever in providing short and long-term support.
